From mid-November to mid-March, every Saturday morning the truffle market takes place in Richerenches.

Nougat appears in Montélimar thanks to Olivier de Serres, an agronomist, who planted the first almond trees in France near Montélimar and used them to make nougat instead of the nuts that were used before.
